Little Self reminder for Me & You ✨

20/09/2026

What’s the story you keep telling yourself..

The goal was never really to have a smaller body..It was to feel lighter.

Lighter from the pressure to look a certain way..
Lighter from constant comparison..
Lighter from believing my body dictated my worth..

I thought being smaller would help me feel more-

Loved
Accepted
Confident
Recepted as a Coach

Those things have never belonged to having a smaller body..

They’re just the constant story’s I was telling myself

I took some time to make my skin happy

If you’ve been following along my skin has been very reactive the past week so I took myself off to Atelier Skin by Tilly for a beautiful Signature Facial with an add on of the MediLUX LED light therapy to help my redness and inflammation.

Fam my face has been transformed. She is calm and glowing from the yummy Gernetic products & LED light therapy 🙌🏻

I highly recommend booking a treatment with Tilly and giving your skin some self care coming out of winter into spring.
