We will be running a final order for anyone who missed out on state merch and would like some . Orders must be recived by this Thursday night for order to be placed . TEAMS EVENTS
don’t forget to get your team together and get an entry in the state championship teams event . Teams consist of four rides from any division. Entry is $20 per team . Prizes for best team name to be announced at pre ride talk and over all winning team will be announced at presentation on Monday . The team with the fastest combined. 💥 Important ride info 💥
~ entry’s close tomorrow night 9pm
~ ride base will open 12 noon on Thursday
~ truck entry will be to the left of gate way , float entry is strait up the driveway
~ feed orders delivery is Thursday
~ course will be closed to pre ride exercise of horses on Saturday between 12pm - 1:30pm , this is to ensure safe start for the Saturday events
~ fires permitted
~ food truck on site mid day Friday
~ office opens 9am for Saturday events . 12pm for Sunday events .
~ vet ring open for Saturday events 11am . 1pm for Sunday events
~ VGIH walk through 4pm
~ dog & strapper races 4:30pm
~ 6pm pre ride talk
~ 7pm generators off
~ 2am 160/120km ride starts
~ 4am 80km starts
