Our Youth Squads are designed to bring out the best in every climber — whether they’re developing their foundations or ready to take their climbing to the next level.

🧗 PERFORMANCE SQUAD 14–17 YEARS

5:30–7:00pm

Our sessions are run by highly experienced coaches, with programs designed to be fun, engaging and challenging — helping each climber develop their skills, confidence and love of climbing.

Role: Bouldering Gym Staff
Hours: Min. 8/week • Flexible
Must Have:
✅ 18+
✅ WWCC
✅ First Aid & CPR
✅ Climbing experience
✅ Confidence learning a POS system
Bonus Points:
⭐ Experience with kids or youth squads
⭐ Keen to help coach or support youth training
You’ll be helping with reception, inductions, customer support, and keeping our space clean, safe + welcoming.
