We’re hosting a Come & Try Day and we’d love your help spreading the word to family, friends, neighbours and anyone who might be keen to give it a go.

The day will include pickleball, tennis and walking football, plus a FREE BBQ and drinks provided by the club.

Wangaratta Hardcourt is still looking for a new coach!

We're looking for a fun, motivated and professional coach with a passion for working in the community and delivering tennis to all ages. We are looking for the newly appointed coach to deliver Hot Shots, junior squads, private lessons and Cardio Tennis (optional) across multiple nights per week – this can be up to the discretion of the coach with huge potential to deliver tennis coaching in the North East.

The coach must have adequate insurance, working with children check, police check and First Aid certification as well as a Tennis Australia qualification (Junior Development, Club Pro or a Community Coach who would be working towards these qualifications).

Monday was also the first day of lessons for our new coach, Aaron, pictured on the left with, Nevada, on the right. If you have any interest in tennis lessons, reach out via messenger.

Our Junior member, Nevada Monk, is completing the Tennis Victoria Future Leaders Course. Part the project is developing his local club. Nevada has decided to offer two sessions of Social match play for kids who know the rules and "come and try" for those who are new to the sport.
Nevada has been involved in the club for 11 years and has a passion for tennis.
