Ardha Navasana
Ardha means 'half' and nava means 'ship', 'boat'. The pose resembles a boat, hence the name.
Technique
1. Sit in Dandasana.
2. Interlace your fingers, put your hands behind your head and press your palms against the back of your head.
Bend backwards as you exhale and lift your legs off the floor at the same time. Lift your knees and pull them up.
