A huge CONGRATULATIONS to all of our players selected in the RIPS teams for the 26/27 season! 🔴🔵

With record numbers attending tryouts this season, the competition were incredibly high. We’re so proud of everyone who stepped on the court, gave it their all and represented themselves and our club so well. 👏

To those who have been selected — well done! We can’t wait to see you take the court, work hard, support your teammates and continue to grow throughout the season. 💪🏀

And to every player who tried out — thank you for giving it a go. Tryouts take courage, commitment and confidence, and you should all be proud of yourselves.

If you have misplaced something at basketball - or you think there is a chance someone has been forgetful and done so - please check our lost property.

Over the next two weeks we will be clearing out the bin.

If you are unsure ask the venue supervisor on duty and they can check if it is not on display.

Our Under 18/20's competition is also joining in the celebrations!

Each week, one player will be recognised by their coach with a Player of the Match Award and receive a FREE Pizza thanks to the Hotel - Phillip Island

These awards recognise the players who lead by example through effort, teamwork, commitment, leadership and sportsmanship.

We're excited to introduce our new Player of the Match Awards for the Phillip Island Basketball Association Domestic Competition!

Each week, one Under 10's player from each team will be recognised by their coach for their outstanding effort, teamwork, sportsmanship, improvement or positive attitude on the court.

Please note - U14 and U16 Boys RIPS tryouts tonight will now be held at Newhaven College.

There is NO DOMESTIC BASKETBALL Monday 10th August and Tuesday 11th August.

There is also no Skills sessions this week.
