2nd XI WOMEN'S CAPTAIN - JULIA WILLIAMS

We are delighted to announce that 'Jools' will once again be going around as our Women's 2nd XI Captain for Season 2026/27.

With our young and developing junior girls coming through the senior ranks, Jools is the perfect role model to have take the reigns and show how fun and exciting it is to be playing senior cricket, to help develop their cricketing skills all while enjoying the team based environment that has been enjoyable by all that have played in our women's 2nd XI over the last 3-4 season.

We are excited to see Julia once again lead from the front and cant wait to watch the upcoming season unfolds.

1st XI WOMEN'S CAPTAIN - ANDREA CUMMINGS

We are delighted to announce Andrea Cummings as our 1st XI women's captain for Season 2026/27.

Andrea's cricketing resume is one to marvel at, a dynamic opening/top order batter with a brilliant cricketing mind, made this an easy choice to have lead our young and exciting women's 1st XI.

With a season under her belt with STA, we are excited to see Andrea flourish with a talented core around her and can't wait to see how this season unfolds.

Jordyn excelled in her cricket career at both club level and state level before making her switch to Footy, where she has flourished even more.

KANE SCANLON

St Andrews CC is excited to announce Kane Scanlon as Senior Women's Coach for season 2026/27.

Kane brings coaching experience over the past 10 seasons with Junior and Senior Women's and Men's. This includes here in Australia and in the UK.

Kane also has experience with a start up women's team and a more established under age girls team with a diverse age group so he is well positioned to work with our women's playing group and the existing leadership group to take our program forward.

Congratulations to Kane and we all look forward to working with you.

VALE BLAKE SWANSON

It is with great sadness we share the news that past player Blake Swanson has passed away.

Blake played with us between the 2013-2016 seasons and was a ferociously quick opening bowler.

During his short time at Manson Reserve, Blake forged some incredible bonds and relationships within the club, those that still stand today.

We would like to pass our condolences to Blake's friends and family during this tough time.
