And that folks is the conclusion to Albury Anarchy for 2019. We managed to dodge The Wooden Spoon trophy and placed 34th out of 35 teams đ.

OKAY! Update on Triples format. Due to some technical issues, the format is now as follows.
Game time is 9 minutes. Each base can be taken twice. (Total of 18 bases). Base deactivation time is 10 seconds.

This format is very different. âThe Dawn of Vampiresâ. Each team will have 1 Vampire who cannot enter the bases. They also gain no point by tagging out the âHumansâ. Humans have 20 lives (might change) & once they die, they become Vampires. Once the entire team becomes a Vampire, then entire team is eliminated from the arena.

Recap on todayâs round robin games.
Game 1: Jaguars Green, Falcons Red.
We got starved for the first 5 minutes and didnât make the call to send out our third defender quick enough and forced ourselves into an unfortunate last.
Game 2: Taipans Blue, Stealth Red.
We decided Taipans would most likely be the easier base to cycle and our guess was correct. We cycled through REALLY quickly, held all but 4 players out of our base and sent out Kovat & Pocket to farm red for point keeping out Taipans. We pulled a second and are super happy with our result as we were aiming for second!
Game 3: Just Be Better Green, Aftershock Red.
We were hoping someone would dump but no one did. We couldnât cycle through Just Be Better as easily as we thought and Pocket copped 7 denials on Green, two of them a team denial by LSP. Aftershock was following our attacking pair so it was difficult to break into any based when we were being pinged in the back. We played into an unfortunate last.
Now we are preparing for Doubles with Kovat & Pocket, LSP & Enigma and last is Wookie & Ashe. We will post our schedule as it becomes available. :)

Some footage of Kovat's first game of LOTR playing with Yazbekistan & Syrex. Out of the total of 129 players, Kovat placed 76th which is awesome considering it is his first ever LOTR's. (Lord of the Rings).
