From Queensland to the UK: The Journey Continues 🇦🇺✈️🇬🇧
It takes an immense amount of sacrifice, unwavering dedication, and absolute belief in a long-term vision to pack up your life at 14 and chase a dream across the globe. Moving from Australia to England is incredibly tough, but Lennon Biggs has proven exactly what is possible when talent meets tireless work ethic.
From the early days back home in Queensland to stepping onto the pitch in the UK, Lenny’s rise has been nothing short of inspiring. Having made his mark in the youth setups at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and now tracking brilliantly as a scholar at Wrexham AFC ,he has hit some massive milestones along the way:
• 🏃♂️ Racked up over 75 appearances across his youth team career.
• 🇦🇺 Earned international honours representing the CommBank Socceroos U16 Subway Joeys.
• 🏆 Played a key role in an unforgettable FA Youth Cup run—the best in Wrexham Academy's history.
While we are incredibly proud to have played our part in helping Lenny prepare for the intensity of UK football and navigating those first critical doors, this journey belongs to a whole community. Massive congratulations and credit must go out to the former coaches and clubs in QLD—including Caloundra Football Club - A.T.F.A, Brisbane Roar FC, and Moreton Bay United FC — who all played a part in nurturing his talent from the very beginning.
Lenny, your belief in the vision all those years ago is paying off. We are so proud of how far you’ve come, and we can’t wait to see where the next 12 to 18 months take you! 🙌⚽️
