If you love your footy but are getting too old to keep up with the young blokes, then this is the game for you. AFL Masters football, is Australian Rules Football for those players over 35 years of age who enjoy their footy and want to keep playing in a friendly and semi-competitive environment. AFL Masters caters for all players with some still playing as old as 74 years of age.

You have asked (well some of you 😝), we have listened, so…. for those interested and those wanting to get that extra bit out of your footy on the field, we will be adding fitness training to weekly training.
Before you freak out, it’s only an extra 20-25mins once a week.
Fitness training will start on Thursday 28th March from 5.30pm, and continue every Thursday.
Cardio, agility, strength and endurance training. Different every week so you won’t get bored. For those who can make it, come get your fitness on…. everyone is welcome 😝😅💪🏉💦
