To help our young athletes feel confident and ready, we’re hosting a Kids BJJ Competition Prep Session:

👩‍🏫 Led by Coach Laura

This special class will:
✨ Walk kids through what to expect on comp day
✨ Help manage nerves and excitement
✨ Build confidence and mental prep
✨ Practice competition-style BJJ in a fun + safe space

It’s supportive, age-appropriate, and designed to make your child feel motivated and ready to roll! 💪

Our Tiny Champs (ages 3+) have been having so much fun on the mats, we’re adding another class! 🎉

You can now join us for an additional Tiny Champs class every Thursday at 3:30PM, starting September 3.

Junior Golf Afternoon – Saturday 15 August ⛳🍕

Join us for a fun afternoon off the mats at Swing Factory Terrey Hills! Our GB Mona Vale Juniors are invited to enjoy 90 minutes on the driving range, followed by delicious woodfired pizza.

Join us every Friday at 5:40pm for our Adults Ecological Games Jiu-Jitsu class — a fun, dynamic session designed to help you develop your skills through live, practical games.

On the last Friday of every month, we’ll stay together after class to share some food and enjoy time with the team.
