Some of you have been here since the very beginning… Same familiar faces, same commitment, just evolving through every season of life together. That kind of loyalty isn’t something I ever take for granted.

What we’ve built here isn’t about quick transformations or chasing trends. It’s about showing up on the days you feel unstoppable and the days you don’t. It’s about being surrounded by women who lift and inspire each other on the daily.
There’s a history in our studio of friendships, milestones, tough seasons, fresh starts… all of it.
A big thank you to for all the amazing classes and work you do for our TFR studio 🫶 and thank you to our gorgeous clientele for being part of this community, whether you’ve been here since day one or just walked through the door.

This journey was to raise awareness and support for those affected by breast cancer.
To everyone who donated, cheered me on, or offered words of encouragement THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness and belief in me carried me through to the finish line.

Breast cancer touches so many lives, mothers, daughters, sisters, friends. Early detection truly saves lives, so please, if you’re reading this, take a moment to book your mammogram, do your self-checks, and encourage the women in your life to do the same. 💕

✨ONE DECADE ✨

Even as I write this, I can’t quite believe it’s been 10 Years owning The Fitting Room gym.

What began as my passion is still, to this day, my greatest one. I feel incredibly lucky to call this my “work” a place where women come not just to move, but to feel strong, seen, supported, and alive. We let the endorphins flow, laughter echo and the confidence build. “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life” those words have never felt more true to me.

Over the past ten years, we’ve celebrated thousands of small and not so small wins, first push ups, chin ups, box jumps, 17-minute plank holds, 25-minute wall sits, and life-changing health transformations. Watching women walk through our doors unsure of themselves, and leave empowered. I’ve witnessed deep friendships form, families grow, and spirits lift in ways I’ll never forget.

That said, it hasn’t always been smooth. There were months I wasn’t sure we’d make it. There were setbacks, sleepless nights, detours we never expected (Zoom workouts, anyone?), and moments when exhaustion almost won. But every time things got tough, it was our loyal, inspiring members who reminded me exactly why our studio matters.

To every woman who has shown up, again and again. To our amazing coaches and who give it their all THANK YOU and to every person who has believed in The Fitting Room THANK YOU, you’ve turned our gym into more than a fitness space you’ve made it a second home.

Here’s to 10 beautiful years of strength and fitness and to the many more ahead.

As we step into a new month we are kicking it off with a NEW class timetable and it’s the perfect time to reset, refocus, and reignite your commitment to your health, strength and fitness 💪 Whether you’ve been consistent with your training program or need a little boost, April is a brand new opportunity to push yourself further and get one step closer to the goals you set out to achieve.

Remember, every workout is progress. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself, during our classes feel free to increase your reps, or increase your weights. We are here to support you so please get in touch if you would like extra motivation or accountability to help you stay on track!
