First time I've thrown a leg over in a long while

Qualified 2nd last . I’ve got work to do

I ran into all sorts of mechanical trouble today and it unfortunately looks like my bike was tampered with outside my house last night . Luckily nothing serious happened . My bike was flagged for being over the noise limit which is very unusual for this machine (never) after some of unusual noise at the start of session 3 I came in to repair my front brake calliper. I couldn’t get the wheel to spin or the bike to ride without heavy clunking sounds . Turns out 2 of the nuts and the associated studs holding the rear sprocket on had been loosened off and they were hitting the swing arm . It could have ended really badly .
Racing starts tomorrow and I think the bike is good now .

I performed poorly over the weekend and had a few minor issues with the bike . I’m still way off the pace. Rain started to fall Sunday lunch time and I had no incentive to go out based on saturdays performance so I packed up and went home for an early bath . Next round is in October and there doesn’t seem to be any practice time available for me due to work commitments so hopefully I can get in for the Friday track day before round 4 otherwise I’ve got a lot of work to do .
