Join us for Summer Hockey at Shaw Park. Registrations close next Monday night!!!!

💙SUMMER HOCKEY - JUNIORS SIX-A-SIDE COMP💙

Valley Juniors is running a mixed six-a-side summer comp on Thursday night at Shaw Park - Shaw Rd, Wooloowin.
Who can play: -
U7-U9 and U10-U14 mixed
Valley registered players in 2026 (we may open to other clubs if numbers are not filled)
When/Where: -
5:00pm - 6:30pm Thursday night
Kicking off on 29th Oct and finishing on 3rd Dec 2026 - 6 weeks
Rules: -
6 players per team (plus subs)
No hitting or lifting the ball
Paid umpires
Approx. 40min games
Cost: -
$50 per attendee

You can either nominate as an individual player, and we will add you to a team or organise your own team.
Please gather your mates and come join us for summer hockey!

We will look to open the canteen for cold drinks and some snacks.

🏑Valley Off-Season Development🏑
Our junior off-season development sessions start this Saturday!
Valley is excited to offer off-season development sessions to help our junior players keep their skills sharp, build confidence and continue developing their game in a fun and supportive environment.
These sessions are a great opportunity to:
Develop their skills and work on the fundamentals of hockey
Build confidence and improve their game
Stay connected with teammates and friends
Get a head start on preparing for the 2027 season
Whether you player is keen to take their game to the next level or simply wants to keep enjoying hockey with their friends, we encourage everyone to get involved. Every session is an opportunity to learn, improve and have fun!

U14 Nationals Wrap Up

Congratulations to our Valley players who competed at the U14 National Championships in Canberra.

🏑 U14 Development Program (2027 Eligible Players)

This program is designed for players who will be playing U14 hockey in 2027 (born 2013-2014) and is a great opportunity to develop skills ahead of next season.

📅 Dates
• 22 October
• 29 October
• 5 November

📍 State Hockey Centre
⏰ 5:00pm - 6:30pm

💲 $55 per player

Places are limited, so we encourage players to register early to secure their spot.

🏑 Goalkeepers are welcome to attend.
