Two of these excellent pieces of training equipment have been added to our kit - fantastic devices for working on accuracy and flow!

Our next open day is coming up this weekend which means another month has been and gone and it almost time to start thinking about New Years resolutions.
Hit the ground running in 2016 and get fit, learn self defence and get rid of that winter coat. Give one of our Free Sessions a try and then book in for a 2 week Beginners Intro Course - there is only one remaining for 2015!
Come on down and find out what makes our club such a great place to train, get to meet some of the st
udents and try out a bit of Kung-Fu-Boxing for yourself.
It was good to see some old faces at the last Open Day and once again, any of our past students are encouraged to take the opportunity to drop in catch up with old friends.
And as always - bring a friend!

A great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn more about Kung-Fu-Boxing and join in a FREE session.
Come and chat with any of our friendly people and try out some Kung-Fu-Boxing for yourself. There will be a sausage sizzle, freshly brewed hot coffee from our favourite "coffee gal" as well as cold drinks available.
Past students are invited to come along and catch up with your training brothers and who knows - you might even find that motivation you were looking for to get back into it!
Everyone is welcome and bring a friend.
See you there!
