π₯π₯ I'm happy to announce that I am on board with π₯π₯get down and meet the awesome team on Gympie road, chermside for all your supplement and sports nutrition needs!! Really exciting times ahead.. these past few months have been a massive grind but one thing will always remain and that is my passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals no matter what that may be. ππ½πͺπ½π¦Doing my best to inspire who I can and practice what I preach.. never going to claim to be the leanest body getting around.. it's about being comfortable in your own skin. People need to stop comparing themselves to others and work with what they have! You want something bad enough then learn how to work for it.
Maybe one day I will enter a sport where I am judged purely on looks but until then I am happy to fuel my body for performance!
I have some big news on the horizon that I'm very excited about and hopefully will help me to inspire more people become a better version of themselves! If you're stuck in the same routine and not seeing the results you want.. or you have somebody that could use some help and guidance.. message me and start on the pathway to a better life!

The next step of my journey.. The other end of the spectrum... losing so much weight from running and under eating isn't healthy.. this photo was quite shocking but at the same time motivating to know that all the hard work over the past 5 years of training has paid off.. it's not about a quick fix but a lifestyle change if you are interested in changing your life for the better message me!
