Have your say on the future of leisure, sport and recreation facilities in the Town of Cambridge. ⛳ 🏃

The Town of Cambridge is developing its Leisure Assets Master Plan (LAMP), a long-term strategy that will help guide future investment in sporting facilities, community spaces and public open spaces across our community.

Whether you use sporting facilities every week, visit our parks with family, or enjoy local recreation spaces, your feedback is important.

Complete the survey and help shape the future of community facilities. There is a community survey (18+) and a youth survey (12-18 years) available.

Yesterday saw 46 golfers attempting a hole-in-one for a chance to win a whopping $500k! 🌞

Whilst no-one managed to hole out, Noah Keren walked away with $2.5k as the winner of the amateurs NTP and star Hannah Green also walked away with $2.5k as the winner of the professionals NTP!

One of our star Golf Shop Assistants, Michael Pentland, recently celebrated 5 years with WGC! ⭐👏

So, we thought it was about time to properly introduce him.

Now in his second year as a PGA Associate, Michael's path into the golf industry wasn't a traditional one. After studying and working in property valuation, he made the decision to follow his passion for golf, a passion that began while growing up and playing at Cottesloe Golf Club.

Away from the Golf Shop, Michael has recently started his coaching journey and is loving the opportunity to share his love for the game with golfers of all ages and abilities.

October is an exciting month for him, with trips to South Australia and Victoria to compete in both the SA PGA Associate Championships and the PGA Associate National Championship.

He's a legend, and we're lucky to have him part of our team. Here's to another 5 years, Michael!

Why, yes, we ARE open today!

Go on, challenge the family to a game of mini golf or a comp on the driving range ⛳🏆

Or we're ready for you all school holidays! Get the kids out and about - whether it's on the mini golf, the driving range, or visiting the playground.

After coming in for a club fitting at the Wembley Golf Custom Studio in August and getting set up with some new Titleist clubs, Ryland was drawn as the winner of our recent promotion! 🎉

Thanks to everyone who booked a fitting and entered.

Enjoy the new sticks and TaylorMade gear, Ryland! ⛳️

Recently, we welcomed students from Churchlands Senior High School for a tour of our facility, giving them a glimpse into the many different career opportunities within the golf industry ⛳

Students toured the Golf Shop, explored the driving range operations, visited the cart shed, and met our greenkeeping team to learn about the important roles that help keep the course running every day.

We had a great time sharing our passion for the industry and showcasing the many exciting career pathways the golf industry has to offer.

Thank you to Churchlands SHS for visiting!

We had a very special hole-in-one take place at Wembley recently! 1️⃣⛳

Former Wembley Golf Course Superintendent Darren Wilson recently aced the 16th hole on the Old Course. After years of helping keep our grounds in great condition, it's wonderful to see Daz enjoying his retirement with a moment every golfer dreams of.

Congratulations Darren! 👏

⛳ What a way to spend Father's Day!

Our free Come & Try Golf Clinics were a huge hit, with plenty of new golfers discovering just how fun the game can be.

A big thanks to everyone who joined us and gave golf a go. We loved seeing so many dads, families and first-timers out on the range.

We hope to see you back again soon!
