Nest yoga Nest yoga Wembley; Boutique studio with small class sizes. We do prenatal, kids & beginners yoga.

Nest yoga Wembley provides a wide variety of yoga classes to suit all ages. Classes scheduled include pre natal, mums and bubs, kids, teens, adult vinyasa, yin, gentle flow, and purna yoga.Class sizes are limited to ensure each practitioner receives a personalised service.

From this Friday onwards, mask wearing is no longer mandatory.

The 2 square meter rule is lifted which means we're back to a capacity of 12 students, no more floor markers.

Last but not least, we will no longer check proof of vaccination. We are so excited to invite old friends back into our space ❤

Meet Maya! She will provide us with a lovely Flow into Yin every Saturday at 3:30pm.

Maya first attended a yoga class at the age of 16, watching the teacher not only be so kind and compassionate to herself and her body but also invite the students to do the same was something that she has never forgotten and inspires her offerings today.

Moving mindfully into these postures invited her to understand the power of self-compassion, self-connection and that it was so okay to direct a whole lot of love to oneself ❤

After completing her teacher training, she learnt that this practice goes far beyond the poses we create on our mat, and that it can be integrated into all elements of our lives.

In class, Maya weaves breath and meditation in with mindful movement and hopes to create a space with students to practice the compassionate act of connecting back with ourselves.

For now, we will continue to wear masks, show proof of vaccination and limit out capacity. Fingers crossed we can soon again add some breathwork to out practice. 🤞
