Tanner delivered at the plate and on the mound:

Round 11 of the Get Active Kids Voucher Program is NOW OPEN! Eligible families can access up to $200 per child towards registration and membership fees.

🎟️ USING YOUR VOUCHER AT THE GIANTS

Select Werribee Giants Baseball Club when applying, using our Activity Provider code: 2918141.

Once approved, present your voucher to the club when registering to have your eligible fees reduced by up to $200.

👨‍👩‍👧 WHO’S ELIGIBLE?

The program supports Victorian children aged 0-18 named on a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card AND a Medicare card. Other eligibility pathways are available too - check the website for full details.

📅 Applications close at 10am on 13 October 2026, or earlier if funding runs out.
🎟️ Vouchers must be used by 27 April 2027.

💳 ALREADY PAID?

You may be eligible for reimbursement of qualifying expenses paid from 1 May 2026 up to the date you submit your application. Each eligible child can receive one voucher OR one reimbursement this round.

This is the only funding round between now and June 2027, so apply early!

THE WEEKEND WASN’T ENOUGH. WE BORROWED MONDAY. ⚾💙

13 games. Seven wins. One club.

From Friday’s first pitch through to Monday’s Masters, there was plenty happening around the diamonds.

Our juniors banked four wins from six games, Women’s Regional West brought home a 16-5 win, and State 4 West got over the line 5-4. Not every win needs to be comfortable! 👀

Then Masters clocked in on Monday for a 12-4 win over Point Cook. A handy contribution from the after-hours department. 👏

Some wins to celebrate, some tough results to learn from, and every team part of the same Giants story.

The lawn can wait. The washing will survive. And “watching the Giants” absolutely counts as having plans.

Eleven games across 17–18 October. Juniors and our senior men’s and women’s teams all getting amongst it - your weekend is looking suspiciously like baseball.

Emily made her baseball debut with 3 hits, 1 walk, 3 RBIs, 2 stolen bases and 4 runs, finishing with a 1.000 batting average. 🔥

Our Junior Player of the Week is Jack Curnow from our Little League Major Blue West (U12) team!

Jack collected 2 hits from 3 at-bats, scored a run and stole a base. On the mound, he pitched 3 innings with 0 earned runs, 0 walks, just 1 hit allowed and 8 strikeouts. 🔥
