So I’ve decided to take something I’ve been doing (and loving) for many years and turn it into something much bigger.

Something created specifically for the real estate industry.

I can’t share too much just yet, but what I can say is this…

Business is tough right now.
​
Costs are rising. Cash flow is tighter. Revenue isn’t always what it used to be. And behind closed doors, I think a lot more business owners and leaders are feeling the pressure than we realise.

I know because I’ve experienced it too.
​
I’ve experienced the highs of building and running a highly successful business with significant turnover. I’ve also experienced what it’s like to have a business in crisis and be faced with incredibly difficult financial and operational decisions.
​
And even with years of business experience behind me, I know firsthand that navigating challenging conditions can still be incredibly tough.

So rather than pretending we all have it figured out, I wanted to create something that might genuinely help.

Our very first Flourish Women in Property Wellness Retreat has come to an end... and I honestly don't know if words will ever do it justice.

Over three incredible days at the breathtaking SOMA in Byron Bay, ten remarkable women came together as strangers and left as something so much more.

We reconnected.
We rejuvenated.
We reset.
And most importantly... we remembered who we are.

In our industry, we're so used to pouring into everyone else. We carry the weight of our teams, our clients, our businesses and our families. We push through exhaustion, wear burnout like a badge of honour, and rarely stop long enough to ask ourselves what we need.

This retreat was about changing that.

It was about filling our own cups.

From the incredible nourishing meals created by Simon from Your Conscious Kitchen, to the beautiful cacao ceremony with Hollie, breathwork, meditation, ice baths, saunas, deep conversations and moments of complete stillness... every experience was designed to bring us back to ourselves.

But the heart of this retreat was Aneta.

I honestly don't think I've ever met anyone quite like her. Her ability to hold space, guide, challenge and nurture every woman in that room was nothing short of extraordinary. She created an environment where vulnerability felt safe, where healing could happen, and where every single person felt seen. I will be forever grateful for what she brought to this experience.

To every woman who joined us... thank you.

Thank you for showing up exactly as you were.
Thank you for your courage.
Thank you for your vulnerability.
Thank you for trusting the process and allowing yourselves to be truly seen.

Watching the transformation over just three days was something I will never forget, and I have absolutely no doubt the ripple effect of this retreat will continue long after we've all returned home.

My heart is so full.
