Wednesday 29th the gym will not be opened for the morning.
Opening 3:30 - 6pm between Wednesday 29th - Friday 31st. Friday morning as per usual hours. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Tomorrow 8th of June public holiday, the gym will be open 9am until noon. See you there 💪🏼

As Many of you know Fox's is turning 100 years this year! To celebrate we would like to do a run of shirts.
Please comment/ message us if you are interested in a shirt, which one and what size.
The white version unfortunately only goes up to a size 3XL

We hope everyone has enjoyed the Christmas and new year break. We will be back open on the 12th of January for our 100th year of business!!
