We’re running a FREE Anti‑Bullying Karate Class this Saturday designed specifically for kids who may be dealing with bullying, feeling left out, or needing a safe space to build confidence.

🥋 Ages: 6–15
🕙 Time: Saturday, 10–11am
📍 Location: 6 Grass Tree Court, Sunrise Beach

This one‑off community class teaches:
• Practical confidence skills
• How to stand tall and stay calm
• Positive body language
• Safe, beginner‑friendly karate basics

A safe, welcoming, beginner‑friendly session where students learn simple karate basics — and the values that help them stand strong at school, online and in everyday life. 💪🌟

Bullying No Way Week is a significant initiative in Australia aimed at preventing bullying and promoting respectful behaviors in schools and communities. The week long event encourages skills families and communities to raise awareness of building export practical ways to prevent and encouraged supportive environments with all young people feel safe and respected.

Karate Australia and Karate Queensland support this initiative with member dojos discussing bullying not only this week, but as part of our teachings throughout the year.
