What. A. DAY. Yesterday our Crows, Rosellas and Sparrows absolutely took flight and punched their ticket straight to the Grand Final in two weeks. The energy, the grit, the teamwork — and the mini tornado that hit at about 4:30pm — unreal. These birds aren’t just soaring, they’re stratospheric.

💔 Unfortunately, our Herons and Cockatoos have wrapped up their season — but they did it with heart, hustle and so much pride. Every week they showed up, fought hard, and represented Coastal Waters with class.

🔥 And for the rest of the flock — Bellbirds, Puffins, Parrots, Flamingos, Robins, Woodpeckers, Starlings and Bin Chickens — your story isn’t done yet. You’ve earned yourselves a second chance next week in finals, and we know you’re ready to bring the Coastal magic. Train hard this week!

This gorgeous human absolutely shone on Saturday, stepping up with confidence and composure to officially earn her White Badge. Such a massive milestone and so well deserved 💚🖤

💚 BIRDIES OF THE WEEK — U8 BUDGIES! 💚

The tiniest team with the biggest hearts finally had their moment — the U8 Budgies won their first game of the season on Saturday and the sidelines absolutely erupted. 🥳👏🥰

This little crew is a combined 7/8s team playing up in the 8s, and every single week they’ve shown up ready to learn. They’ve grown in netball skills, teamwork, determination, and — most importantly — having fun. Smaller goals, celebrating every pass, every attempt, every tiny win… and today they got the one they’ve all been dreaming of.

Coach Amanda, and Coach Jen, and every parent watching could not be prouder of the Budgies. Their improvement has been unreal, their effort never wavered, and Saturday they flew. 🥰💚
