Every punch is more than a movement. It’s a repetition of focus, discipline and belief. 🥋

At United Kempo, kids and teens aged 7–14 build valuable skills on and off the mat through structured, supportive training in:

• Karate
• Muay Thai
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
• Boxing
• MMA
• Fitness Kickboxing

With age-based groupings and welcoming classes for all experience levels, students develop confidence, coordination, listening skills, resilience, fitness and practical self-defence awareness: one class, one challenge and one shared milestone at a time.

Every punch. Every step. Every effort counts.

Join the United Kempo family in Austral, Middleton Grange, Leppington, West Hoxton and surrounding suburbs.
