Men’s Pennant Champions 🏆

What a fantastic result for West Lakes, with both our A2 and B2 teams claiming Grand Final victories!

The A’s defeated Blackwood 4/3, while the B’s delivered a solid performance to defeat Highercombe 5.5/1.5.

These wins see our A’s promoted to the Simpson Cup and our B’s into the Bonnar Cup - a well deserved reward for a season of hard work, commitment and team spirit.

An incredible effort across the board. A big thank you to all players, caddies and supporters who contributed to such a successful season.

🏌️‍♀️ Women’s A3 Pennant Grand Final🏌️‍♀️

West Lakes competed in the Grand Final last Monday against The Grange at Aston Hills. Unfortunately, the team went down 3.5 to 1.5 in what was a hard-fought match.

The greens at Aston Hills proved extremely challenging, but our girls gave it everything and played their hearts out right to the very end.

A huge thank you to all of our players, caddies, and supporters for your commitment and encouragement throughout the season.

While the result didn’t fall our way, making it to the Grand Final is an achievement to be proud of. 💙⛳

A fantastic weekend of pennant results for West Lakes! ⛳

A Grade defeated Flagstaff Hill 6–1 at Blackwood, to secure second place on the ladder and progress through to the final.

B Grade won their semi-final match 4–3 against Flagstaff Hill at Mt Osmond in a nail-biting finish, with Jordan Black going all the way to the 23rd hole!

Pennant Update 🏌️

Congratulations to both our Men’s B2 and Women’s A3 teams on finishing top of the ladder - a fantastic achievement! ⛳️

B Grade will now face Flagstaff Hill (4th) this Sunday 26th April at Mount Osmond in their semi finals match. Meanwhile, our Women’s A3 team has earned a direct spot through to the final, to be held at Aston Hills against Grange on Monday, 27th April.

Yesterday at Flagstaff Hill, Men’s A2 recorded a strong 4/3 win against Willunga, while B Grade went down 4/3 to Westward Ho in a close match.

Men’s A2 has one more minor round remaining, taking on Flagstaff Hill at Blackwood this Sunday. They are currently sitting third on the ladder, making this weekend’s match an important one heading into finals.

The Mid Week Championship Finals were played today in perfect conditions! ⛳️☀️

This year saw approximately 80 players competing across all grades, vying for a place in the top eight to advance to the Match Play Finals Series in March.

A fantastic effort from all involved, and a great showcase of competition, sportsmanship, and talent across the course. Congratulations to all finalists and participants!

A2 halved their match at The Gums (Penfield), while B2 also halved their home match against Highercombe — a fantastic effort in challenging conditions. 👏

🌟 Special shout-out to Todd Keen!
Todd scored a hole-in-one on the 16th at The Gums and went on to win his match 1 up. What an incredible achievement! 🎉

8 March Results:
A2 defeated Mid North at Willunga 4/3, and B2 defeated Mt Osmond 4.5/2.5 at Highercombe. 💪

Women’s Pennant – 2 March:
Our Women’s A3 and Cleek 1 teams both played at Royal Adelaide and each defeated Mt Osmond 4/1. ⛳👏
