IOM Club Championship #7, 31 May 2026 results

IOM Gold Cup #10, 26 May 2026 results. With the light conditions it was only possible to complete 6 races. We had 16 entries and two Fleet starts of 8. RO Chris Mathews managed the 2 Fleets very well plus the Coarse changes ably assisted by Commodore John. Paul Littledyke managed the scoring; a valuable resource for our Club. Experience counted in the tricky conditions with Tim Arland showing the way closely followed by David Lane.

Today was programmed for the 10r club championship. Only two boat showed up so no racing, but we had a sail anyway for an hour before the rain arrived.

Gold Cup #8, 28 Apr 2026 results. Well with the breeze varying in strength and direction it was quite a challenge with the more experienced sailors coming to the fore.

Well done Tim Arland winning the day closely followed by John Brolese. With only 7 points separating the first four places David Lane and Chris Juttner also worthy of a mention. Robby Lees as RO kept the sailors honest, and managed eight races with two fleets with alternate starts.
