What you need to know ⬇️

STARTING MONDAY FEBRUARY 9th 💪🏽😄

🔸 8 weeks covering 4 key Focus areas!
🔸 FREE to join, no sign up needed. Just attend classes as normal.
🔸 Get toned, burn more calories, improve your posture, strength and balance and enjoy Pilates the way it’s supposed to be taught!
🔸Motivating & experienced instructors to guide you in achieving your personal goals.

Our classes will still be the full body burn you know and love, but with 4 main Focus areas that we’ll program towards each week:

🧍🏼‍♀️POSTURE
🦵🏽STABILITY
🍏 CORE
🍑 GLUTES

This will bring a more targeted approach to your classes! Each week we will choose one of these areas to Focus on so that you can build on your strength, control & endurance. After four weeks, we will repeat those same points so you can really see and feel all your improvements. 

The best part is - you don’t have to do anything! Keep coming into your classes, and your fabulous instructors will guide you along the way. If you have a friend that has been keen to start Pilates, now is their time to! 🤗 All levels and abilities are welcome. Now is the time to focus and prioritise your health and fitness goals! 💪🏽
