Well done Jeff!
Jeff wanted to get his fitness back. We've made little changes along the way for long term success. He's down 6kg, but what's even better is his blood pressure has reduced as has his resting heart rate.
He takes on every challenge I throw at him and never
takes shortcuts.

Amazing work from Josh and our coach Nikki!
💥 Client transformation 💪
This is Josh,
He's been training for many years and is quite advanced in his training, but he was after a new training plan.
In under 4 weeks Josh has not only trained the house (gym) down, but he's made changes to his diet - to the point where he's eating more!
The thing I love about training Josh, is despite everything he knows about training he's still willing to try new training styles/techniques. He never says no to anything, but rather "alright let's give it a go shall we?"
He's a beast! 💪

Amazing work from our Coach Nikki!

Well done to Mackenzie who has been training her butt off for 17 weeks to drop 20kgs!

She does resistance training 4-5 times a week, this is exceptional for someone who has never trained in a gym before.

Training isn't just about lifting weights, it's about improving your nutrition as well as mentally "getting into the game".

Mackenzie is the epitome of a brilliant client, she does everything I ask, including eating more food to fuel her body (which most people think will not help
weight loss)

Following my passion for fitness was the best decision I have made. It was overwhelming to make that decision and follow a different career path. Deciding where to study was also a big decision as I really wanted to be the best possible coach and learn as much as I could before getting started.

The fitness Industry is very different in how education is delivered and we all lack that hands on experience especially when a lot of study is all online and courses are designed to just get you qualified. The reality is there is so much to learn to truly become an amazing coach.

That's why we not only help get you qualified in cert 3&4 fitness, but we provide extended learning from a real business with great coaches and mentors. The big difference is that there is always a job at the end with your chosen career pathway.

Just turned 60!

The guns! And that training face🤣

Coach Tim has been training Peter who was suffering from chronic back pain from years of hard labour on his farm. Pete was seeing a chrio almost every week for years to treat the pain.

A few months later working with Tim just twice a week and no more back pain and no more chiro!
Strength has increased and look at that muscle!

Happy bday Pete! 🎂

Some great work from our Coach Nikki! Nikki Brown Fitness

to when this client
came to me 6 weeks before traveling overseas to see
his family.

He wanted to reduce body fat, mainly around his stomach and build more muscle in his upper body.

4 weeks out from his trip this client knuckled down,
he followed the nutrition plan and worked out 6 times a week.

And here are the results.

Not only did we reach this client's goals, but this client is now better equipped to continue his fitness
journey and continue to smash his goals while overseas.

Education is key in both nutrition and training, the results won't happen overnight, but if you're
consistent with your diet and your training, they will happen.

Let's start that fitness journey together 💪
