Masks are back in.
A gym that offers the community an opportunity to participate in group classes under the guidance of a coach or one on one Personal Training.
The WODs consist of a combination of free weights, skipping, rowing, plyometric and bodyweight movements performed at high intensity for optimal results. Members are encouraged to work out in a positive, vibrant, supportive and healthy environment. It is a social and interactive form of working out that caters for every member of the public. Unlimited Membership $60 per week
3 classes per week $50 per week

Getting your Fundamentals right always gives you the confidence to train well. Once we remove all the doubt, you can send it. Being good at the basics is important for the main lifts.
It takes 3000 reps to understand 1 movement well.

After the last 28 Day Nutrition Challenge this is what some of the challengers had to say.
Some lost up to 9kg in bodyweight and up to 6% in Body Fat (Body scans).
This kind of results are incredibly mind-blowing and can be achieved in 28 days of course remembering everyoneβs results will vary and differ.
If you put your mind to something, it will happen.
If you focus your energy into something, it will happen.
When you surround yourself with others who are on the same journey, yours becomes easier to endure.
The people attend you matter too.
