📣 Introducing our 2026–27 Committee!

Following our recent AGM, we’re pleased to introduce the Westbrook Sports Club Committee for the year ahead:

Treasurer – Min Danaher
Secretary & Athletics Coordinator – Amy Dyson

A big welcome to Min and Amy in their new roles, and a huge thank you to Gavin for his contribution as Treasurer over the past 18 months.

We’re looking forward to another great year for our Club and community! 💚

The latest results are in and the competition is starting to take shape!

Two teams are charging ahead and putting some points on the board…....meanwhile, Super Servers and Cross Courters have a little work to do!

Our President helps provide leadership and direction while working alongside the Committee to keep the club moving forward.

The role includes:
✔️ Chairing club meetings
✔️ Supporting and coordinating the Committee
✔️ Helping set priorities and direction
✔️ Representing the club within our community
✔️ Working with the Committee to turn ideas into action

You don’t need to do everything yourself, it’s about leading a team, sharing the workload and helping our club continue to grow.

💰 Could you be our next Treasurer?

Are you organised, comfortable with numbers and have an eye for detail?

Our Treasurer plays an important role in managing the club’s finances and keeping the Committee informed.

The role includes:
✔️ Recording income and expenses
✔️ Managing payments and banking
✔️ Completing monthly reconciliations
✔️ Maintaining financial records
✔️ Providing financial updates to the Committee

You don’t need to be an accountant, we have straightforward processes, templates and a handover to help you get started.

Did you know Westbrook Sports Club manages the Digital Community Noticeboard on the corner of Jacaranda Court and Ferguson Road?

Local businesses, community groups and organisations can use the noticeboard to promote upcoming events, activities and community messages.

💻 Simply complete our short booking form to submit your message for display.

The Digital Noticeboard was purchased by Westbrook Sports Club (WSC) in 2025 and is positioned on the corner of Jacaranda Court and Ferguson Road, Westbrook. The noticeboard is a mobile trailer fitted with an electronic digital display and is operated remotely via a SIM connection, allowing content....

What you'll be doing: directing traffic to maintain safe parking (high vis vests and radios will be supplied).
