Kangatraining Fairfield City Exercise in a supportive environment while keeping baby close to you 💕 Kangatraining is the original baby wearing workout!

Designed for the postnatal body, Kangatraining allows you to regain strength and fitness while focusing on pelvic floor stability, and restrengthening your core. Classes include floor work, dance-based aerobic work, and specific choreography for different muscle groups ( such as squats/lunges/arms etc). No need for a babysitter, creche or to have your baby waiting off to the side in a pram - include your baby in your workout! Babies are often lulled to sleep by the music and movement as you exercise. Is a beautiful bonding opportunity and a way to get out and exercise with like-minded mums in a relaxed atmosphere.

This is such an exciting achievement for our Kangatraining community and a huge recognition of the work all our instructors doing to support mums across Australia 🥹.

Fingers crossed 🤞🏻.

There sleeping babies, smiling babies and even reading babies 📖

Well done mums for getting out of the house and doing something for yourselves.
