Over 6 weeks, we’ll break down defence through different fighting ranges to help you move smarter, defend cleaner, and stay composed under pressure.

🌐 WEEK 1–2 — LONG RANGE
• Long range hand defence
• Long range footwork
• Counter timing & movement

🌐 WEEK 3–4 — MID RANGE
• Hand defence
• Angles & head movement

🌐 WEEK 5–6 — CLOSE RANGE
• High guard
• Clinch & turns
