Sometimes the smallest achievements bring the biggest smiles. 🥋💙

Today, one of our Junior Grapplers earned his Belt Tying Patch after putting in the practice to learn how to tie his own belt.

And we think that thumbs up at the end says it all! 👍😁

It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do — watching our students develop confidence, independence and pride in their achievements.

He practised. He persevered. He earned it. 👏🥋

Games, teamwork, plenty of laughs, great food and lots of smiling faces as we wrapped up our Caring Chapter with our Gracie Bullyproof® students.
We are incredibly proud of the way our students have embraced what it means to CARE — for their teammates, their families, their community and the things around them.
Game Day is always about more than just having fun. It’s about bringing our Gracie family together and celebrating everything our students have achieved throughout the chapter. ❤️

JIU-JITSU BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

Everyone trains for different reasons...

*Some train to feel safe walking to their car at night

*Some train because they’re being bullied at school

*Some train because their job puts them face-to-face with unpredictable people

*Some train because they’ve experienced domestic or family violence

*Some train because they want their child to have the confidence to stand up for themselves

*Some train because they work alone, late at night, or in unfamiliar places

*Some train because they’re a first responder, healthcare worker, teacher or security professional

*Some train because they travel

*Some train because they’re getting older and want confidence without relying on strength

*Some train because they’re smaller than the person they may one day have to defend themselves against

*Some train because they want to protect their family

*Some train because they never want to feel helpless again

You don’t need to be a fighter
You need to know what to do when fighting isn’t your choice.

That’s the difference
