Think about it…

💁‍♀️You became understanding because relationships mattered to you….

💁‍♀️You became strong because life required strength….

And over time, these weren’t just things you DID 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

They became part of how you saw yourself🫵💪🥰

🙌“I’m the responsible one.”

🙌“I’m the one who gets things done.”

👉One person says, “You never spend time with me.”

👉The other hears, “Nothing I do is ever enough.”

😒One person wants to feel connected.

😒The other feels criticised.

And before either person realises it, they’re defending themselves instead of understanding each other🤷‍♀️
