We’re thrilled to have Kylie Plunkett covering this Sunday 8:30 am Strong Flow and 10 am Flow/Yin.
MEET KYLIE
Yoga for Kylie is more than a class; it is a way of life. As both a Physiotherapist and Yoga teacher, Kylie brings her fascination with the connection between science, evidence-based practice and the ancient teachings of Yoga to the mat.
With a deep understanding of the body and its relationship with the mind, Kylie creates thoughtful, accessible and nourishing practices that support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Her teaching brings together evidence-based movement knowledge and the traditional practices of Yoga, with an appreciation for how movement, breath and perspective can shape the way we feel and experience the world.
Kylie encourages curiosity and self-awareness through practices that invite you to listen to your body, explore your breath and shift your perspective. Whether you are new to Yoga or have been practising for years, her classes offer space to move with intention, discover new possibilities and cultivate a greater sense of presence.
Kylie’s intention is for you to leave each practice feeling uplifted, peaceful and inspired, carrying with you a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the world around you.
Practice with Kylie this Sunday, 13th September 💫

SUNDAY MORNING YOGA ☀️ New Time and New Teacher
8:30 am Strong Flow
10:00 am Flow/ Yin
You told us you wanted an earlier start for class on Sundays, so we have an updated spring timetable, starting this Sunday, 6th September.
This weekend we’re thrilled to have David Gorett covering for Rachel!
😊 Meet David
David first came to yoga around 15 years ago, and has a background in various movement disciplines from team sports to solo endeavours. He enjoys the grounding nature yoga can bring to so many areas of life, and is particularly interested in the improvements a mindful practice can have on the health of both body and mind.
David’s classes encourage a strong focus on marrying breath with movement, and an understanding that we must listen to our bodies and honour how they feel each and every time we step on (or off!) the mat.
He endeavours now to help students grow in their own practice and, above all, enjoy it.
Practice with David this Sunday 🤸

Practice Ashtanga Yoga with us Wednesdays 6.00 pm and Sundays 9.00 am.
What is Ashtanga?
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional yoga method based on the integration of breath and movement and is the original “flow” yoga! It comprises six series of postures underpinned by the foundations of alignment, breath (ujjayi pranayama), bandhas (internal locks), focus (drishti) and vinyasa, which are used to build heat, strength, flexibility and focus.
Ashtanga is a strong practice led by experienced teachers. If you have a yoga practice, come and see what it’s all about.
