Well… That was INCREDIBLE!!!

We are so beyond proud of our Hill End FNC Under 16’s Footy Team and our Under 15’s Netballers on their VICTORIES today in both bringing home a Premiership Cup 🏆🏆🏆🏆

A massive congratulations to our Under 14’s PREMIERSHIP players Sefton Brain, Ollie Reavley, Heath Baird, Jackson Dodd, Nate McIntosh & Lucas Mackenlay 👏👏👏👏
These boys not only played a full season with the junior club but also STEPPED UP to the Under 16’s all year. To come away with a Cup is an incredible feat and we cannot wait to see where your future takes you all!

We’re incredibly proud to announce our Hill End & Grove Junior Rovers Committee for Season 2027!

A huge thank you to everyone who has stepped up to help lead, support and grow our Junior Club. 👏

Behind every successful season is a team of dedicated volunteers, and we’re lucky to have such a passionate group ready to make 2027 our biggest and best season yet!

From administration and sponsorship to social media, league responsibilities and everything in between — every role plays an important part in keeping our club moving forward.

We’re looking for a Canteen Manager to take control of our canteen in 2027!

💚💛 SEASON 2027 U10’s COACHING TEAM 💛💚

We’re excited to announce Paul “W***y” Willis as our Under 10’s Head Coach for Season 2027! 👏🏉

Paul’s football journey began at Thorpdale, where he played right through the junior ranks and into senior football.
After meeting his lovely wife Lee, Paul found his way to Hill End, pulling on the boots in the Reserves alongside some familiar Hill End names — including Cocka — for a couple of seasons.

Those who remember W***y in his playing days will tell you he was a very talented footballer — speedy, athletic and always moving beautifully around the ground. He even had the opportunity to line up alongside Jason Winderlich, who went on to play AFL football with Essendon, during his time in the thirds. 🏉⚡

Now, W***y is ready to swap the playing boots for the coaching clipboard and help guide the next generation of Hill End juniors! We’re incredibly excited to have his football knowledge, experience and passion around our Under 10’s group.

And he won’t be doing it alone! 👊

🟢🟡2027 U12 COACHING TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT🟡🟢

We are incredibly proud to announce Johnny “Rabbit” Warren as the Head Coach of our Under 12’s for Season 2027! 🏉

Rabbit is yet another true Hill End legend, and there could be few people more deserving of taking on this role.

A proud Life Member of Hill End, Rabbit has represented our club from his very first days as a junior, playing all of his junior football at Hill End before going on to make an incredible 200+ senior game contribution to the club.

He has also had the honour of serving as a Senior Captain, showcasing the leadership, commitment and passion that have made him such an important part of the Hill End football family.

And this appointment is even more special because Rabbit isn’t starting this journey from scratch. ❤️

After taking the reins as Head Coach of our Under 10’s in Season 2026, Rabbit has already built a wonderful connection with this group of young players. In 2027, he will continue to follow their journey as some step up into the Under 12’s, helping them develop, grow and hopefully create plenty more memories together along the way.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for Rabbit to continue giving back to the club that has been such a huge part of his life — passing on his knowledge, experience and love of the game to the next generation of Hills players. 💚💛

And he certainly won’t be doing it alone!

👏 Cam Andrews will be continuing on in Season 2027 as Assistant Coach, bringing his experience, enthusiasm and commitment to the Under 12’s once again. We’re thrilled to have Cam back on board!

⭐ And taking on the all-important role of Team Manager extraordinaire is none other than Rabbit’s wife, Casey Warren!
Casey is the perfect person to keep everything and everyone organised, and we know she’ll be an absolute superstar behind the scenes! 🙌

Together, Rabbit, Cam & Casey bring an incredible combination of football knowledge, leadership, organisation and, most importantly, a genuine love for our club and our kids.

We couldn’t be happier with this team and can’t wait to see what the Under 12’s can achieve in Season 2027! 🏉💪
