Jamboree 2026-willowbank raceway
After a few upgrades to the front end leading up to jamboree we came into the event hoping yo go straighter down the track.
First pass off the trailer it went right pretty hard and had to blip the throttle only the slightest to get the car straight again running a [email protected].
Second pass was in the heat of the after noon and track not taking the power or adjustments we made, rolling through the beams for a 8.7@123mph
From there Jeff took the time to slow the car down to handle the track and we could do some adjustments from Shane’s expertise on the bar work.
Pass after pass we started to get the car going straighter, by that time we were into the following days of racing but the heat beat us down on getting the car to grip.
We made it through our rounds and didn’t get to the finals but had an awesome time at the event, as always lots of laughs and entertainment throughout the weekend.
Thanks to the Moloney family for having us, as always we appreciate it lots.
Crew for putting on some of the biggest laughs of all time.
Jeff Johnson and Shane Marshall for always being there in person or on the phone for helping us get down the track safely and as fast as the car will take it.
Shout out for all the Sponsor’s and helpers along the way, can’t do it without any of yas.

All stars drag and drive complete🏁.
-Came 4th in forced 28 class.
-Finished 7th overall out of 200+ entry’s.
-PB’s every day we raced
Have to say one of the best events we have had the opportunity to compete at in Australia.
Every person in the top 10 was a 7 second car or quicker over the 1/4mile which made for some pretty serious competition.
Thanks to all the people that helped us get the car ready for the event, you are all legends.
Massive shout out to the Moses Moloney family for hosting us before and after the event.
Huge shoutout to Jeff Johnson and Tim Bailey for doing all the logs checks and same tune up everyday that carried us through the event.
Crew-Mark Drew and Brett Wilkinson for helping with everything from turning the car around between tracks and pre racing repairs.
Thanks to our Sponsers for making it all possible to compete at this level of racing.

Day 2 of All stars drag and drive…
Rolled out of the swags at Warwick dragway and turned the car from street trim to race mode.
Lined up in the staging lanes with previous days toon up and clicked send, got out and stuck like cm to a blanket.
New track PB of 4.98@143 MPH.
Thanks to the crew and on phone supporters from around Australia for getting it done.
Long journey back to willowbank raceway for day 3 of racing.
Thanks to all the sponsors and helpers for getting us across the line with this beast.
Straight off the trailer and into the beams.
Point aim and shoot was the plan…..
Well that’s what we did, walked away with a new 1/4 PB of 7.59@183MPH 🏁
The way this car keeps performing is mind blowing.
Now to pack up all the swags and tools and hit the road for Warwick raceway.
Thanks to the crew from all across Australia for all there help and all the Sponsors for making this possible.
Day one of all stars done and dusted.

So pumped for All starts drag and drive this weekend.
Queensland here we come
Thanks to all the Sponsers and crew along the way.
Kenda 660 Braggin Rights done and dusted 👊
Got to the burnout box for testing and got rained out, shrugged it off and headed to the pub 🍻
Lined up Saturday for our first pass and went a bit sideways about 20ft out, due to me not checking the shocks🤦♂️….sorry Lauren
Put the car into the beams for the second pass and the car left the line smoothly and drove straight as an arrow with a new PB of 4.98@145MPH.
The car that was never ever going to run a 4 second pass came through with the goods 👌 I looked at the ticket three times, I thought it wasn’t real.
Can’t thank the crew and everyone who helped enough, for all the time and effort with making this happen over the years of us racing.
Thanks Jeff for everything you have done from tuning, back up support and just for laughing at the way I do things.
Sunday loaded the car on the trailer and heard some strange noises, inspected the rockers to find a broken rocker arm which was about to break the collet and retainer on inlet valve.
To say I was kissed on the dick is an understatement for the damage it could have caused if we had of ran the car again 🫣
Thanks to the Moloney family for having us and can’t wait for All Stars 🌟 in less than two weeks.

Just rolled over the Queensland border, let’s get after it at 🏁.
While the rubber was still hot on the tyre we thought why not head to Ballarat on the weekend and see if we can get old heavy down the airport track.
Lined up first pass to try a really soft tune from Portland and BAM it didn’t even get off the line as expected 😂.
So we played dirty and left the bottle off for the c02 and ran the engine naturally aspirated on gate pressure only, surprising we got off the line at 5000rpm.
Few more passes with different techniques and we had the car dialled in running 6.2’s consistently.
Thanks to the Ballarat drag club and committee for having us, we will return for some more racing soon enough.
