I hope life has been awesome for you.

Just popping on to let you know that I’ve finally sorted all my bootcamp equipment and will be selling it cheaply.
If anyone wants any fitness gear let me know.

They say all good things come to an end! KLS training has been running for over 9 years and it’s time to close the doors!

It’s been a roller coaster the past couple of years and even though we have come through the rough times life for me is moving in a different direction!

We have had so many amazing times and I’ve seen so many people change their lives in such spectacular ways. The sweat, tears, belly laughs, adventures, challenges and hard work have really shaped the amazing community we call bootcamp!

I came into bootcamp with my very young family and worked my butt off. Anyone who knows me outside of bootcamp knows I have sacrificed so much. Early mornings, mid mornings, afternoon sessions and the countless nights out in the cold! Planning and prepping and trying to make every single session different to keep you on your toes.

We have raised money for our community and been through floods, changed locations, completed fun runs, laughed and cried and become friends.

I dont regret a moment and the hard work was definitely worth it.

Thank you for choosing KLS and trusting me with your fitness. Thanks for supporting my small business and giving it your all. KLS will always hold a special place in my heart.

We have 2 weeks left to train. I would love to see you all and train you one last time.

Just a reminder that Wednesday morning bootcamp is not on today but will run Thursday morning instead. See you tomorrow at the netball courts.

Deerubbin update: the park is looking ok. It is still very wet underfoot. The toilets are still out of action so we will continue using the netball courts of a morning until they are open.
