For the first 6 months post having my kidney removed, I considered getting laser removal for my scar.

Now I look back and am soooo glad I didn’t!

I absolutely love my scar and the story it tells 🫶

Would you believe it if I told you that I was listening to Fighter by Christina Aguilera on repeat for all my squat attempts?

Fun songs don’t give me any room for self doubt. It reminds me that it’s not that serious and to have a fun day (yes I said it’s not that serious and yes I dedicate my whole life to this).
