The 2026 Coastal Classic scheduled for TOMORROW September 5th 2026 has been postponed.

Unfortunately, due to continuing deterioration of the weather forecast for Saturday, a Total Fire Ban has been declared and as such the event cannot safely go ahead as planned.

Due to the Total Fire Ban, NPWS has closed all trails and tracks in the Royal National Park for Saturday 5th September.

Total Fire Bans are not declared until late afternoon, hence the late notice of this event postponement. We recognise and apologise for the impact this has on participants, particularly those who have already travelled for the event.
Further communications are also being distributed via SMS and our website and social media channels.

THE 2026 COASTAL CLASSIC WILL NOW BE HELD ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 28TH 2026.

Finding a new date that would work for us and our key stakeholders was challenging, and we understand that this date may conflict with other events.
All runners registered for the 2026 event will automatically have their entry rolled over to the new event date.

We understand that the new date means that some runners won’t be able to attend. If this is you then there are several options available:
- Transfer 100% of your entry fee to credit for use at another Max Adventure event in the future.
- Transfer your entry to another runner for the Coastal Classic in November 2026.
- A refund of your entry fee, plus any pre-purchased merchandise if desired, minus the $30 admin fee.

These options have been emailed to all registered runners with more information.

We thank you for your understanding and support in this difficult time. Our small customer service team is sure to be busy over the next few days so apologies in advance if there are delays in replying or processing your requests.
If you received your race bib via post please hold onto it for use at the new date.

Entries for all distances at Three Bridges Run have now officially SOLD OUT!

A wait list is available, as spots become available they will be offered via email in the order runners registered for the wait list. Should you receive an offer, please respond promptly as it will be passed on to the next in line if not accepted within the given timeframe.

If you are looking to pick up a transfer entry off a runner who can no longer attend, please familiarise yourself with our transfer process. Social media offers are often scams, online transfers occur via our registration platform and do not require the transfer of money between participants. Contact us with the original runner’s name for verification of a valid entry.

A spectacular 30km run along Sydney’s south coast, it attracts road runners and trail runners alike.
