✨MEMBER HIGHLIGHT✨
Meet Amy, one of the moms who consistently comes to the 9.30am classes, drops off her little one at our crèche and locks in for an hour to get the work done 💪. Amy also goes by the name of “sharky” by her friends as she is passionate about anything that has to do with marine life, which is also her line of work.

2 weeks ago Amy joined the NT Fittest Pair Competition with her friend Lauren and took home the first price in the beginners division 🏆🥇🥳

One of Amy’s favourite movements is the Deadlift, which we will retest in a week. Good luck with the retest Amy and keep up with the good work you are putting in 💪.
