FAKE AWAY CHICKEN PAD THAI 🍜

Stir fry-
• 2 chicken breasts, diced
• 1 brown onion, diced
• 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
• Stir fry veg of your choice ( I used celery, carrot and broccoli)
• Bean Sprouts
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 200g Pad Thai rice noodles
Sauce-
• 1.5 TBS Tamarind paste
• 2 TBS fish sauce
• 1 TBS oyster sauce
To serve-
• Crushed peanuts
• Lime
• Extra bean sprouts

Method-
1. Cook off onion and garlic until transparent and then add chicken to brown.
2. Add the vegetables and continue to cook.
3. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles as per packet instructions and mix together all sauce ingredients.
4. Push chicken and vegetables to one side and add in the egg, scrambling it as it cooks.
5. Add noodles, bean sprouts and sauce to pan and cook until noodles absorb the sauce.
6. Serve with crushed peanuts, bean sprouts and lime juice.

Slow cooker veg packed beef stroganoff and pasta 🍝
A perfect, easy to prep, winter nights meal that will nourish the whole fam!

• 500g lean beef strips
• 1 tbs paprika
• 3 celery sticks, diced
• 2 brown onions, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 1 zucchini, diced
• 500 grams sliced mushies
• 1/4 cup red wine
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2-4 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 TBS whole grain mustard
• 2 cups sodium reduced beef stock
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• Pasta of your choosing
• Parsley to garnish

1. Coat beef strips in paprika and brown off before adding to slow cooker.
2. Add all vegetables, wine, sauce, garlic, mustard and stock and stir well.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
4. Once cooked, stir through Greek yogurt.
*if not thick enough, add corn flour to thicken.
5. Cook pasta and serve with parsley on top.

A final goodbye, the keys have been officially handed back and the MHM Wodonga chapter has now closed.
I just want to say one last THANK YOU to every single one of you that has been a part of our community at any point in the last 8 years.
Thanks for your endless loyalty (especially in the last 2 years), your support, your encouragement and your patience while I grew into being a business owner in all aspects, not just the physical training side.
I’m heading into my next chapter with a full heart and a few tears in the eyes if I’m being honest. You’ve all had a massive impact on my life and you’ve taught me so much over the years.
Here’s to life’s adventures and new chapters 🥂

And that’s a wrap! Thanks so much for your support, your loyalty and most importantly your friendships over the last 8 years. MHM will always be a big piece of who I am and I’m so blessed to have been on this journey with all of you.
It’s a bitter sweet moment saying goodbye to everything we’ve built over the years. Our community is something that we will always be strong and I mean it when I say that every single person that has trained with us over the years has inspired myself and everyone else in some way.

Love seeing the friendships formed and the social growth our clients get from training at MHM 👯‍♀️
The girls all caught up last night for dinner as a farewell to , one of our long term clients who is about to pack up and move up to the sunshine state. We are sad to see her go, but so happy and proud of her at the same time. Can’t wait to watch your new journey Tysh! 💜✨
