A blending of striking, grappling, and real-world self-defence. Family Friendly Martial Arts, at First 2 Strike, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for the whole family. Our classes are designed so that kids, teens, and parents feel comfortable training together. We focus on respect, teamwork, and encouragement, making sure every family member feels included and valued. We teach, a free flowing practical style of Martial Arts that focuses on Self Defence. It is unlike the traditional martial arts such as "karate' and 'tae Kwon do', which are more rigid striking styles, unlike the grappling arts, such as "Judo", "Wrestling" and "Brazilian jiu Jitsu", and has similarities to Muay Thai with the use of elbows and knees, but without having to fight in the ring. It's something in between, unique and different, with no competition pressure. You will learn;
Combinations - Sparring - Close Range - Mitt Work - Bag Work - Restraints and Locks and much much more…
Come and join us, it’s heaps of fun! THE COMPETITION IS WITH YOURSELF.
