⭐️MEMBER OF THE MONTH ⭐️

Katie brings such a positive energy to every session! She’s always encouraging the people around her, giving everything a go and putting in her absolute best effort every single workout. 💪🏼

Her commitment is next level, sometimes you’ll even catch her doing multiple classes in one day, and on big work days she’s up at 3:40am just to make sure she gets her training in!

Katie really understands that regular exercise is about so much more than just the physical benefits, and she consistently prioritises moving her body because of how good it makes her feel.

Her hard work, consistency and support for everyone around her never goes unnoticed.

Well deserved member of the month 🫶🏽

THIS IS WHY WE BUILT HEALTH HAUS. 🖤

For those who are new here, we’re Dean & Ellee.

Health Haus started from something really personal for us.

We both came from humble beginnings and backgrounds where life wasn’t always easy. We know what it feels like when money is tight, when you’re carrying things nobody else can see, and when spending money on yourself can feel like a luxury.

That’s a big part of why we built Health Haus.

Because sometimes you don’t need another place telling you what you should be.

You just need somewhere you can belong.

A place to come as you are.
Move your body.
Clear your head.
Build a routine.
See familiar faces.
Feel connected.

Because looking after yourself isn’t just about your body. It’s about your mind, too.

We wanted to make that accessible.

A membership that doesn’t feel like another financial burden, and a place where you don’t have to look, train or live a certain way to fit in.

Health Haus means so much more to us than just a gym.

We built it from our own experiences, because we know how much having somewhere to go, people around you and something positive to focus on can change how you feel.

So if you’re new here, welcome. 🖤

We’re Dean & Ellee.

And this is why we built Health Haus

🏗️ BULLI BUILD UPDATE | WEEKLY RECAP 🖤

Another huge week of progress at Health Haus Bulli! 🙌

It’s been all hands on deck, and we’re starting to see the space really come together.

✔️ Dean has been busy putting together more of the equipment downstairs
✔️ Our builder Matt from EVOQUE BUILT has been in getting the frames completed for one of the downstairs rooms
✔️ A massive thank you to our brother-in-law Tim and tony from Bulli Glass for coming in and installing our mirrors 🪞
✔️ Flooring upstairs is now officially COMPLETE!
✔️ And our front desk is finished and looking the part 🖤

There’s still plenty of work to do, but every week we’re getting closer to opening the doors.

Next week: we’re getting the front doors cut out and continuing to bring the space to life.

We honestly can’t wait for you all to see what we’ve been building.

Health Haus Bulli… it’s coming together. 🖤

Don’t forget Bulli foundation memberships are now LIVE 🖤 tap the link 🔗 in our bio, don’t miss out !

Heyy guys Meet Mekenzie, one of the amazing trainers at Health Haus! 🖤

💪 Favourite exercise: Burpees, because they’re simple, effective and there isn’t much to them!

☕️ Coffee order A small almond cappuccino.

😂 Fun fact
Mekenzie is a country girl at heart. She grew up competing at rodeos every weekend in barrel racing and calf roping!

🏠 Why Health Haus?

Mekenzie had heard so many great things about how welcoming the Health Haus environment is and wanted to join the team to help support others through their health and fitness journeys.

🎶 Song that always gets her moving: 0 to 100 by Drake.

✨ Personal training: Mekenzie is also offering personal training for anyone interested in receiving extra support, guidance and accountability on their health and fitness journey. Get in touch with us to find out more!

Or contact her directly Mekenzie Woodhouse

We’re so excited to have Mekenzie as part of the Health Haus team! 🖤

Sitting in the doctor’s office today, looking around, and honestly... it got me thinking.

We spend so much of our lives putting everything else first.

Work. Money. Kids. Business. Stress. Excuses.

“I’ll start Monday.”
“I’m too busy.”
“I’ll look after myself when things settle down.”

But what if they never settle down?

What if you keep putting your health last until one day you don’t have the choice anymore?

Your body is the only place you have to live for the rest of your life.

We’re not here forever.

So while you still have the choice, choose health.

Get stronger. Move your body. Eat better. Look after your mind. Sleep. Recover. Take care of yourself.
