Runners can choose from a half marathon, a 10km or 5km, or a 2km kids fun run.

One thing we loved seeing at WRF? People genuinely enjoying the day.
Not every runner was chasing a PB. Some were soaking up the atmosphere, running with mates, taking in the views and just enjoying being part of such an awesome event. That’s exactly what WRF is all about 🌊🏃♂️
Good people, good energy and a pretty great way to spend a Sunday!

From ocean views and Wollongong landmarks to the spectators and volunteers bringing the energy all along the course, it’s the kind of race that reminds you exactly why you signed up in the first place.

One of our favourite things about WRF? Seeing runners stay long after they've crossed the finish line.
Whether it was cheering on mates, grabbing a coffee, hanging around the event precinct or celebrating PBs, this is a big part of what makes the Run Havoc Wollongong Running Festival more than just a race.
