Thanks again to our managers, and congratulations to ex South Coast athlete Leif Smith on receiving his NSWCHS athletics silver life membership. Hugely proud of everyone who competed and accolades to all finalists and medalists- there were some outstanding performances with new NSWCHS records set by Brooklyn- Warilla and Xavier- Oak Flats. Was an exceptionally busy 3 days so hopefully we havenβt missed anyone in the results π€π»π€π»π€π»

For the first time ever (we think!) we had South Coast competitors at the NSWCHS Trampolining championships today! Congratulations Jaydyn- Illawarra Sports High School and Ethan- Bomaderry High School- very proud of you both! Hopefully we can find some more Coasties to join you next year!

While weβve been busy hosting the NSWPSSA girls rugby 7s this week, our primary boys football team have been slogging it out in the Hunter. Coach Dave Farrow- Shoalhaven Heads PS was stoked to finish the first day with 3 wins from 3, but couldnβt quite recapture that form today. Best of luck for tomorrow boys!!

Cracking weather and a beautiful setting for the NSWPSSA girls rugby 7s championships South Coast is hosting today and tomorrow at Chittick Oval, Kiama. Come on down and cheer the South Coast girls on, or tune in via the live stream on the NSWPSSA website!! Thanks to coach Kelsey Betts- Goulburn West and especially to Sheree Payne- Kiama PS who has done enormous amounts of organising behind the scenes πππ

Big shout out to our primary boys softball team, described as an amazing group of boys by coaches Natalie Tolmie and Chris Hunter- Jerrabomberra PS. They achieved South Coastβs best result in decades at this weekβs NSWPSSA championships, narrowly missing the bronze π₯on count back after tying for third place. Well done boys!!
