🧤🔥 YOUNG GUNS PUTTING IN THE WORK! 🔥🧤

What a fantastic school holiday training session! ⚽💪

Our first youth holiday session saw some outstanding goalkeeping on display, with the young guns bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm and quality! 👏

We put the keepers through their paces, focusing on handling, diving, positioning and playing out from the back! 🧤⚽

Plenty of great saves, sharp technique and positive improvements throughout the session!

Massive well done to everyone involved! The future is looking bright between the sticks! 💙🖤

KEEP WORKING. KEEP IMPROVING. KEEP MAKING SAVES! 🧤🔥

🧤🔥 OUR BIGGEST HOLIDAY CAMP YET! 🔥🧤
WHAT A DAY! 💪⚽
Today we hosted our BIGGEST holiday camp to date, with an incredible turnout of young goalkeepers putting in the hard yards, making big saves and showing plenty of talent between the sticks! 🧱🧤
A massive THANK YOU to all the keepers and parents for your continued support! It’s amazing to see the WGC family continuing to grow with every camp! 💙🖤
Plenty of saves, smiles and quality goalkeeping on display today! This is just the beginning… WE KEEP GROWING! 🚀🔥

🏆 GRAND FINAL WEEKEND 🧤⚽️

Two of our lads were involved in the Illawarra Men’s Premier League 2 Grand Finals over the weekend! 🔥

🧤 Max — between the sticks for Thirroul in the Youth Grade Grand Final
🧤 Kye — part of the Dandaloo Reserve Grade squad as the backup goalkeeper

Unfortunately, both sides went down on the day, but that doesn’t take away from what has been a fantastic season for both boys. 👏

We’re super proud to see our WGC keepers involved on the big stage and representing their clubs in Grand Final football! 🧤💪

Well done on your seasons, lads! We’re looking forward to seeing plenty more success from both of you in 2027! 🔥🧤⚽️

🧤🏆 FINALS FOOTBALL! 🏆🧤

What a massive weekend for the WGC family, with several of our junior goalkeepers representing their clubs in their respective Grand Finals! 🔥⚽

🏆 A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Josh & Riley, who both came away with Grand Final victories! An awesome achievement and a great reward for all the hard work they’ve put in throughout the season. Enjoy it, boys! 👏🧤

💙 Commiserations to Tayden & Phoenix, who unfortunately didn’t get the result they were hoping for. Making a Grand Final is a fantastic achievement in itself, and we’re incredibly proud of the way you both represented your teams throughout the season. Keep those heads held high! 💪🧤

Then on Sunday, two of our senior goalkeepers were in Semi-Final action!

🧤 Karl & Balgownie unfortunately went down 1–0 in a tight contest, bringing an end to a great season.

🔥 And our man Max came up BIG when it mattered most! Thirroul progressed after a tense penalty shootout, with Max making a CRUCIAL SAVE to help send his side through! 🧱🧤🚫

A massive weekend of finals football and some moments these keepers will remember for a long time!

Win or lose, we’re proud of every WGC goalkeeper who stepped onto the pitch this weekend! 💙🧤⚽
