We are Athletics in NSW. With events for all ages and abilities, from track & field, to cross country, to fun runs, we have something for everyone.

This Friday we will be running Program 2. It is a hurdles night so we will be asking for help moving the hurdles.
Arrival time - 4.45pm
Athletes announced to line up - 5.00pm
Start time - 5.15pm

Please arrive on time, promptly sign the attendance sheet for your athlete in the appropriate age folder, check in with the BBQ (if your child’s age group is 8’s and 13's) OR become a parent helper for the night and grab a vest from your age basket.
Athletes are to wait in the stand until their age group and parent helpers are called.

BBQ DUTIES
- 5.15-6.30pm - 8's
- 6.30-7.45pm - 13's

We are looking forward to seeing all our little athletes ready to run, jump and throw!
