First yoga class in the new gym NSPC π§ββοΈβ¨
Tonights focus was not from a place of pushing or striving, but from a place of listening. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, offering information, asking for care, patience, and sometimes rest. Injuries and challenges can be difficult teachers, yet they often invite us to slow down and develop a deeper relationship with ourselves.

Lovely morning spent with at the Stride to Survive social walk, raising awareness for mental health and su***de prevention.
Connection is powerful. Sometimes a simple βHow are you, really?β can make all the difference.
Take a moment to check in on your friends, family, neighbours, and workmates. A conversation might seem small, but it can have a lasting impact.
Letβs continue to break the stigma, create safe spaces for open conversations, and remind each other that no one has to face lifeβs challenges alone.
Because conversations really do save lives. π

What a big but amazing weekend! My cup is full π. I had my uni workshop, which was the best one so far. Usually, the long days are draining and day two is hard, but this time, we all felt energised and excited for day two. Our teacher was amazing, everyone in the class was lovely, and we learned so much while having a lot of fun. It was such a positive experience. Enjoyed a long overdue catch-up over coffee and a walk with the girls, and joined Nonna and Uncle David for lunch, which was lovely, not planned, just turned up as they were leaving π
. Then I took Frankie to the beach for some fun in the sun. such a special day π
