Farewell my beautiful friend, Mel Robson. 💔
We gave you a send-off befitting the queen that you are. There were tears, and laughter, friends and loved ones - all gathered together to celebrate your life with music and heartfelt words on a sunny winter’s day.

❤️✨☀️🩷 Your people love you so very much. Your friends danced you on your journey with a performance created just for you.

Dear Friends,

Our Cinnamon Twist community is mourning the loss of our bright, beautiful, kind, fiery-haired Mel Robson ❤️

In all the ways our community knew her - as a friend, teacher, student, performer, and so much more - we will remember her spark, her humour, and her incredible capacity for care and love. These things will never dim.

Mel passed away this morning with her family by her side.

Rest peacefully, my beautiful friend.

Mel Robson
1967–2026

You will be deeply missed. We love you.

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Soheir Zaki 🧡 A true master of Egypt dance. Many of us watched her videos on repeat - her style captivating, elegant and humble.

She shaped generations of dancers. Condolences to her family.
